including: Products; Accessories; Consumables; Shipping Charges; and Woodworking Courses.

How do I earn Reward Points?
Earning reward points is
simple. Most products in our online catalogue will say "Earn Reward Points: ##",
and the number of points listed is what you will earn if you buy that
product. Reward points are automatically added to your account as you proceed
through check-out and pay for your order. The number of points added will depend on the product you've
selected.
You must be registered
in our system and logged in at the time you are making your purchase.

How do I redeem my Rewards?
Most products in our
online catalogue will say "Points Price: ###", and the number of points listed
is what you will require to order this product and pay with points. When you
proceed through check-out you will be presented with the option to pay with
points on any eligible products or services.

How many Ideal Tools Reward Points do I have?

users will see their points balance as they proceed through the check-out
process.
Will my Ideal Tools Rewards Points expire?
Current Rewards Programme:
Rewards Points 2010. This rewards points program
runs from March 2010 until end of February 2011, where upon unused reward points
will expire.
What happened to my Reward Points 2009 program points?
As
Reward Points 2009 was our first reward program and some customers only started
earning points towards the end of the program, so for the benefit of these
customers and all our customers, all reward points earned in the 2009 program
were rolled into the 2010 program. So no one had heir 2009 points expire, but
extended until the end of the 2010 program.
Next planned rewards programme: Rewards
Points 2011 is scheduled to commence March 2011.
Please note: No reward points are
transferred from one rewards programme to the next.
Reward Program Terms and Conditions
The rewards program is offered at our discretion
to customers who register on our web site. The rewards program can be cancelled
at any time. If the program is cancelled before the target end date any unused
reward points accumulated towards your account may be forfeit. Not all items in
our catalogue will earn reward points nor can be paid for with reward points.
Reward points may not be credited to your account for non-online orders, or
special arrangement orders. Please note that some
offers may be restricted to certain regions or customer types. They will simply
be void if applied to non-qualifying orders.
