WALKO Selection Guide

There are two sizes of WALKO workbench and this selection guide may assist you picking the right WALKO for your needs.

 		WALKO-4
Strength and robustness.

Both WALKO models share the same heavy-weight aluminium extrusions and other components, so they are equally strong, stable and robust.
Size and portability. This WALKO is only 15kg and only 25kg with worktops and worktop supports. So is easier to transport and carry. This WALKO is 20kg and 31.6kg with worktops and worktop supports, and takes a bit more space in vehicles.
Cutting down full size 1200x2400mm sheet materials. When folded out (on the ground or against a wall) this model creates a working platform of 700x1800mm, whilst not as handy for full sheets is excellent for cabinetry work that used 600-800mm wide panels. When folded out (on the ground or against a wall) this model creates a working platform of 1020x1950mm, which supports all but the thinnest 1200x2400mm sheets.
     
Some other considerations. The best of both worlds can be achieved by combining WALKO-3 SET and WALKO-3 Frame. You end up with one full WALKO-3 SET that is very portable, and when breaking down of full sheets is required, positioning a second folded down WALKO-3 frame next to the first gives you a working platform of 1400x1800mm.
