Free shipping is provided where indicated on products or messages across our webstore, with the following normal exclusions if applicable: * Carrier surcharges for over size items or remote deliveries. Your goods will not be shipped until we have advised you of these and you agree to continue or cancel order. * Redelivery fees. You are provided tracking details on all parcel deliveries. If you are not able to receive goods at delivery address because no one present or cannot be unloaded, you will be automatically rebilled/invoiced for relevant fees. * Required options like tail lift truck. You can select this option during checkout if you require it. The above fees may also be applicable for paid shipping orders.
