Shipping terms and conditions.

We love providing free shipping where we can. Free shipping is provided where indicated on products or messages across our webstore, with the following normal exclusions if applicable:

* Carrier surcharges for over size items or remote deliveries. Your goods will not be shipped until we have advised you of these and you agree to continue or cancel order.

* Redelivery fees. You are provided tracking details on all parcel deliveries. If you are not able to receive goods at delivery address because no one present or cannot be unloaded, you will be automatically rebilled/invoiced for relevant fees.

* Required options like tail lift truck. You can select this option during checkout if you require it.

The above fees may also be applicable for paid shipping orders.

1. Payments and release.

Orders require payment prior to dispatch.

For credit customers (eg. schools and government departments) invoices are payable 30 days after the end of the month in which the invoice was raised.

2. Delivery and insurance.

Goods are covered by us for loss or damage until delivered, unless you request goods to be left without signature, or provide an insecure or at risk (of damage or theft) delivery location.

3. Returns.

If you change your mind we offer to you an exchange of goods or store credit. If the goods have been dispatched you are expected to arrange their return at your expense including packaging and insurance.

Exchange or refund credit is payable after the goods have been returned and confirmed to be in resaleable condition. Goods must not be returned in any condition that may be hazardous to transport or recipients. If packaging and/or product is not in 100% resaleable condition a partial refund may only be payable. If items are refunded any reward credits earned on their applicable purchased are reversed.

4. Store credit and rewards credit.

Credit may be given in return for goods or as part of a rewards program. Credit is subject to expiry but two notices giving reasonable timeframe will be provided by email of any upcoming expiration of credit.

5. Contract and support.

Products ordered via this website are purchased from Ideal Tools Pty Ltd. We reserve the right to correct genuine website pricing mistakes and advise you of such for you to continue with or cancel your order. A Tax Invoice will be delivered via email.

Your goods may be packed and delivered by one or many of our agents. Packing slips in those deliveries may be labelled with their particulars, but for shipping/sales assistance or technical support, please contact Ideal Tools on this support page, email/phone us using our contact details on this page.

6. Liability.

We shall not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including any loss of profit or of contract) however arising or for any other injury, delay, damage or loss; in providing goods or services including delivery related issues.

7. Retention of title.

All goods supplied remain the property of us until paid for in full along with any other money outstanding.

8. Credit and recovery.

We reserve the right to refuse extension of credit. Default on any payments may result in you being liable for debt and product recovery costs.

9. Registration of products with suppliers.

We may register tools with suppliers for you to obtain warranty and benefits. Only necessary information will be provided to suppliers for this purpose. This will also likely sign you up for suppliers news, special offers and updates.

All practical efforts have been made to ensure product information on this website is current and correctly priced. If for some reason the specifications of a delivered product does not match that of the website please contact us to agree upon a suitable arrangement, which may include return, store credit, or refund.

If for some reason a product is misprised and picked up during order processing, delivery or a reasonable timeframe after receipt, you will be contacted and offered a credit or refund on the item if it is not required; or if still required by you charged the appropriate price with your permission.
